Welcome to the Integrity Complaint Platform of the Sabah Tourism Board. We invite individuals who wish to report grievances or provide integrity-related information about the operations of the Sabah Tourism Board to make their submissions here. This platform serves as the designated avenue for the lodging of complaints by concerned individuals or for the disclosure of integrity-related information by whistleblowers.

Whistleblowing Policy

Please be mindful that whistleblowers are safeguarded by the Whistleblower Policy (Akta Perlindungan Pemberi Maklumat 2010 – Akta 711 and Akta SPRM 2009). This protection ensures that individuals can confidentially and securely report concerns without apprehension of reprisal.

This platform allows individuals to confidentially disclose any instances of unethical conduct by employees of the Sabah Tourism Board, to foster advancement and prioritize the public good over personal interests.

Complaint Handling Policy

Sabah Tourism Board (STB) will not address any complaints that contain abusive, obscene, confrontational, insulting, and/or unfounded allegations. Additionally, STB will refrain from involvement in complaint cases determined by a court, arbitral body, or similar authority. Furthermore, STB will not intervene in disputes involving personal issues between companies or individuals that are not related to the role or function of the Sabah Tourism Board.
