To maintain these standards, all tourism partners are reminded to work only with licensed and registered operators under the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture (MOTAC).

For Accommodation Operators

Hotels, resorts, lodges, and other accommodation providers are required to recommend, facilitate, or engage only with tour operators, travel agencies, and ticketing agents that are officially registered and licensed by MOTAC.

For Tour & Travel Operators

All tour and travel operators must promote and sell only accommodation services offered by accommodation providers that are registered with MOTAC.
